All Frozen Fillo Pies packages are packed with dry ice. As a safeguard, DO NOT TOUCH THE DRY ICE, only it’s outer packaging. Dry ice may be evaporated at time of package delivery. Depending on the product’s water content and proximity to the dry ice, it is possible that some items, but not all, will be frozen upon arrival.
Frozen Delivery Commitment :
If a package is damaged in transit or arrives melted we will reship the package on the next available shipping day. Incorrect or incomplete addresses and packages that are not opened in a timely manner, within 10 hours of delivery, are not covered for replacement.
Important Information About Dry Ice
 Frozen Fillo Pies are packed in dry ice for shipping. Dry ice is extremely cold -109F/-78C and may cause burns. Use kitchen gloves or oven mitts to remove the Frozen Fillo Pies from the dry-ice packaging. Do not handle the dry ice with bare hands. Place the Frozen Fillo Pies in your freezer immediately. Set the dry ice away from children and pets and allow it to evaporate naturally. Dry ice is non-toxic. Your Frozen Fillo Pies will not spoil if they come into contact with the dry ice during shipping.
